About the event
This class will provide you with both classroom and fieldwork. The 4-day class will include a total of 32 hours of training. We will span a range of exercises from the beginning of teaching a trained final response (TFR) through conducting a 2-acre mock search. You will receive individual instruction time to help troubleshoot challenges. Techniques learned here will be useful in all areas of your K9 journey and will be invaluable to share with your teammates. We will also discuss real cases to help you with future searches.
Jeremy Pell is an accredited SAR trainer with a career in public safety spanning 36 years. He has served as a firefighter for his entire career currently serving as Fire Chief of the White River Twp FD in Greenwood, IN.
